Issue: Cannot move tickets back to "To Do".
Configuration: Schema and Workflow both include the "All" transmission back to "To Do"
Error:
Issue ST-347 couldn't be moved.
Something isn't letting us move ST-347 to Backlog. Ask your project administrator to check the workflow settings and transition conditions.
