How do I force Jira to ask for the account credentials?

Hi All,

When i lot out of jira and try to log back it not asking credentials to enter my username only the password field is editable.

How to force to make user name field editable?

Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Hello,

I think this is happening because of remember me option. You can disable it by editing a file on your server. Check out this document:
