How do I get a list of the projects that use a particular workflow scheme? Or a particular workflow?

Jor Bratko July 2, 2019

There's a handy pull-down on the Edit Workflow Scheme page, but if the list of projects is greater than 15, it doesn't display the rest and just says "<n> projects hidden".

I want to rename a workflow to show that it is only used by inactive projects, but I can't find all the projects that use the workflow because of the above limitation.

It's not so easy for workflows, as they're indirect, but for the workflow schemes, just go to the list of schemes under Admin -> Issues -> Workflow schemes, and you'll see each scheme is listed with the list of projects that use it.

That makes it easy to id the ones you can rename to indicate fully inactive.  Once you've done that, go to the list of workflows, where they are listed with the schemes they belong to (not projects, just schemes)
