You have tagged this with Cloud, but Cloud licencing doesn't work on "expiry", it's a subscription model, so unless your "expiry" means "it's stopped working because we haven't paid the bill", I suspect you are actually on Server.
Whatever system you are on, see https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing for a "quote" - that tells you how much it will cost.
Note that Server has dropped off that page, because it's going away in 6 months, Atlassian stopped selling Server licences a couple of years ago.
You can still renew an existing server licence, but only up until February 15th next year. Server licences are "perpetual" though - the only change you'll notice when your server licence expires is that administrators get a warning that the licence has expired, so you can't get Atlassian support, or upgrade to a version released after the end of it, everything else will carry on working.
Best thing to do is visit my.atlassian.com, logging in as the billing owner - you'll find all your Cloud, Server, and DC accounts listed there, with all the renewal and payment options.
