How do I get the Priority Chart to use better colors?

How do I get the Priority Chart to reflect the colors of the priorities in the project? I.e. in our project, Low is green, High is red, but on the pie-chart, low is set to green, just makes it confusing to read. And theyre sorted by number of bugs, instead of priority, can I change that? Because I really want an overview of i.e. how many Highest bugs there are, Im not after an overview of which type of bug has the highest (current UI)

Unfortunately, this isn't possible with the built-in Jira reporting tools. This exact problem was also very frustrating for my team so we built an app called Custom Charts for Jira that does exactly this.
