How do I give access to my project to my client's users? They shouldn't see other projects.

I work in a B2B SaaS company. I implement my product for different clients. I want them to raise feature requests on Jira instead of email, but I want to ensure that they have access to only the project I have added them too.

Sorry if this is a basic question. I am new to Jira, as is everyone in my startup.

You just need to grant them the necessary project permissions. Please read this article first and create your project permission scheme accordingly.
