How do I got to Project Settings?

I've administrator privileges (JIRA CSEA instance) and need to give access to multiple team members but am unable to find the "Project Settings" page ….can you help please?

If you know the project key you can go directly to that project page

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You can get to the Project Settings by going to the project and you should see project settings in the bottom left hand corner. You can also go to Jira Settings > Projects and then click on the ellipsis and from here select Project Settings.
