How do I hide these fields in Jira Ticket: Development, Parent Link, Reminders, Automation

I've configured this Case type to Hide if Empty these fields:

But they are still visible above the "Show More"

Any idea how I can hide them if they are empty. Or hide them even if they are empty, but still have them accessible?

(I'm concerned that maybe some of these are actually used, so reluctant to Remove them)

You can hide Development by removing the View Development permission from or granting it to (a) specific group(s) only.
