How do I import Trello project into Jira Cloud Software without including users?

I need to import a Trello project into Jira Cloud Software without including users as some of the users are from a client and don't need to be on our company Jira.

I know the steps to do the import process but I can't seem to remove the users on the last step.

Is this possible?
