How do I insert a table from Excel table into JIRA without having to format it for HTML?

I want to be able to copy this kind of table into the description field of my JIRA issues.

If you have WYSIWYG on then you will be able to add a table in the default description field.

You'll find a '+' icon which will provide a dropdown with table as an option.
