Hi,
I want to install JIRA ServiceDesk Server in a Windows machine.
Now I am using SQL Server 2014, which is in a different machine (another ip).
I think my alternatives to connect JIRA ServiceDesk Server to SQL Server 2014 are using a user just for jira or maybe using windows authentication user.
Which one would you recommend? And how can I do it?
Thank you
Kalyan,
You can try both options, atlassian recommends to create a dedicated jira user for sql server, that is what i usually do.
Thank you, Gaston for your valuable reply
