How do I keep track of completed tasks in sprints?

My team work in sprints using JIRA  and confluence. We would be grateful if someone could explain to us how to keep track of our workflow for the past say 7 days. We would like to get a report of the workflow for any given date within the sprint (our sprints are usually between 7 - 14 days). We are interested in knowing what was done on the set date, and how much work remaining, and if possible, the owners.

Hi Loic ,

The Jira Sprint report itself is very powerful and provide you the burn-down ( issues which were completed on a given day , the story points completed and the issue ID for tracking )
