How do I make an exact copy of a project?

We only have two environments in our Jira Service Desk (Server) set up, Devl and Prod.  So we plan on having two different projects in our Prod environment, one for training and one for actual production work.

My question is how do I get an exact copy of my production project to create my training project?  Currently I lose automations along with other configuration changes when I use the native Jira Service Desk project copy function.

Please note we currently have no add ons.

In addition to that question, what is the best method to move changes from our Devl environment to our Prod environment?

We are setting up this from scratch, so any help would be great.  Thank you.
