How do I make field required when customer changes the issue type of already existing issue?

How can I mandate the customer on editing an already existing issue to submit for example a comment to provide the reason why he's is changing the issue type

Hi Hend,

You can create a custom field and then specify field behavior for each issue type. :)

Thanks a lot for your answer but I meant "on editing" the issue, i need to mandate the submission of a comment stating why the customer is changing the issue type... not field associated to issue type.
