How do I make incidents visible?

I have a problem. I want create a sprint but I can't, because system show me a message 'The incident was created but isn't visible' what could do?

Have a look at your board filter - it's likely that this excludes the issues you are adding.

Could you please add a screenshot showing the page you are starting the sprint from and the exact message that is displayed?

I suspect the incident that you have created may not be selected in the filter for the agile board but this is only one of several options for the problem you report.

This is the message. I created a workflow, maybe that's the problem. I am new user in JIRA so...
