How do I make my github organisation show up when automating branching?

When trying to connect to Github my organisation doesn't show up. I have connected Jira to my personal account and a separate organisation I deliberately created to try and solve this bug. However 'Atlassian Automation' seems to be different. No organisations show up and I am not able to implement the automation I want. This persists across Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

I'm facing the same issue - still 2 years after creation of this issue (question). Is this going to be fixed?
