How do I modify my Create screen?

My Create screen doesn't match my View and Edit screens. I can't figure out how to navigate to update the fields in the Create screen. I don't want to change the order of the Edit and View screens.

In my View screen I don't have an Epic. In my Create screen I would like to remove the Epic and move the Description field to the top of the screen.

I think what I need to do is to create a new screen scheme and apply that theme only to the Edit screen. Is that correct?

@GlenellRosburg Did you tried indexing first ? The order of the fields is set on each "Screen". As i se you defined the same screen scheme for the 3 options: Create/Edit/View.

You need to create a new screen and assign it to the create action.
