I want to include a scientific conference on my Portfolio schedule. The conference has a fixed date that I don't control, so I need Portfolio to let me type in the scheduled start and end dates.
The conference has the same dates, no matter how many people attend.
Some tasks are due a fixed number of days before the conference. While conference dates are normally fixed, I would like the ability to set due dates with respect to the conference dates just in case the conference moves.
I could put the conference in as a release, but I want the ability to assign specific people who will attend the conference and show them as busy for the whole time.
Can Portfolio handle an event like this?
