How do I raise a request on behalf of more than one user?

Hello,

I would like to know if you can create a new ticket in Jira and be able to add more than one user. The purpose of this is that if I am raising the request, I want to be able to add another person so it will receive the updates as well.

Hi @Sandy Soler,

You can add them as watchers to the issue after issue is created. So that all the watchers will get the updates when any action is performed on the ticket. Find the below screenshot
