How do I redirect Confluence and Jira links via email to automatic login?

When I get emails from Jira or Confluence and it contains a link, it directs me to to a log in page that requires a username and password and recommends connecting to a Google account. I don't know how to get into our instances that way. Is it possible to redirect the link to our Okta account and/or have it recognize that I'm already logged in that way?
