How do I remove Done status despite error message

Hey,

I'm trying to remove "Done" and "Rejected" status, which the status indicates that there are no active issues associated.

There may be historical/inactive issues that are marked as "Done" or "Rejected".

Please note the screenshot of the Column Management screen that contains the status and error message.

Hi @Scott did you try to search such issues using JQL? You can go to Filters (top bar) -> Advanced issue search and use JQL:

• project = 'Inventory Module' AND status in (Done, Rejected)

If there are such issues you need to transition them to another status.

Hi Scott,

You will need to remove the statuses in your workflow. Then they will disappear here.
