How do I remove a field from a screen?

I keep having this field for "Label" show up no matter how many times I delete it from all the issue screens (Edit, Create, View) in my Admin Project settings 

Then I go back to any issues and they all still have that field

How do I actually remove a field from my screen?

Hide "Labels"  field from field configuration.Hope this will work.
