How do I remove strike-through's on new issues?

Out of nowhere, all my new issues are appearing with Strikethroughs. Can anybody provide a step-by-step instruction how to definitively remove these?

Seems the issues have resolution set on it. Check if your create screen has the resolution field on it. If so, remove the field from the create screen.

Resolution should be set only at the completion of the issue's life cycle, either in a workflow screen or in the workflow post function.
