Hi, we are on Jira Cloud. I am Admin. In an attempt to resolve an issue where we are not able to send email to Jira Cloud and have it added to a Comment of an Issue I created a Default Reporter (myself). I am now trying to remove it and even though I am able to delete the value and Save, the value is not removed. I go back to Mail Handlers -> Edit -> Next and the Default Reporter is still there? How can I remove it?
I am aware of this bug but it was supposedly resolved?

Thank you for reaching out.
Indeed, we were able to reproduce the exact behavior you are experiencing: When trying to erase the Default Reporter field in an e-mail handler and saving it, the user still remains there.
That being said, I reported a bug with our development team to fix it:
- The Default reporter can not be removed from E-mail handlers
Feel free to vote and watch the bug to receive notifications about its fix implementation.
For now, we suggest you create a new e-mail handler with the same settings but with no Default reporter, deleting the one with the Default reporter.
