Hi @Baruch Lerner Why would you like to send the list of issues to other users when you can invite them to the project? The list is probably subject to change and you would have to export it every time there's an update.
The purpose of Jira Work Management is to collaborate on tasks within the product. If people only need to view the list of tasks, you can also invite them so they have a real-time view of the List.
I want them to have such a list, with these columns, and then be able to change it.
They are all part of that project as well.

I added a user to my project even though they are all part of it...
Still when they open the list, its not the list that I edited... its just the default project list.

The list that we edit and want to be available to every project user is not saving the way we did... But a basic format...
