How do I search(JQL) for isuses not linked to issues from another project

Hi, 

In Jira I have project A and B  where I have all my business requirements 

I also have project C, D and E, where I have all the IT requirements 

so the issue A1 could be the parent of C1, D1 and E3

I'm looking for a JQlL that gives me all the issues in project C, D and E that are not linked to project A. 

Can you please help?
