How do I see all tickets from my team across different projects in a dashboard?

We are a team of designers, so we are on more than 1 project. Product Owners assign us tickets on their boards, but we also have our own design board.

In the dashboard section, I can add the widget "Assigned to me" to see all my tickets across all projects. However, what if I wanted to also see the tickets assigned to the other designers across their other projects? Can I see tickets assigned to other people in my dashboard? This would be helpful to align with the designers on what each one is working on.

Thanks in advance

Hi @Daniela Oliveira

You can do this - by using the Gadget Filter Results.

What you'll need to do is:

  1. Create a Saved Filter per Designer - you can do this from Filters > Advanced Issue Search
  2. The Filters should be Assignee = <Designer User Here>
  3. Add a Filter Results Gadget per Designer, setting the Filter to be the one you've saved for each person

Above I've assumed you want a list per person - if you wanted one list with all the Designers in it you could:

  1. Create a Saved Filter
  2. The Filters should be Assignee in (<Designer 1>, <Designer 2>)
  3. Add a Filter Results Gadget, setting the Filter to be the one you created
  4. I'd then recommend adding the field "Assignee" as one of the fields, so you can see who is assigned to what

Hi @Daniela Oliveira

Welcome to the community!

You can try the below JQL:

Assignee in (XXX , XXX) and save that filter and then add the gadget in the dashboard.
