I have three different projects but they all belong to the same platform, the only difference is that they are different clients requesting IT Support for the same platform. How do I create a view of all projects, instead of going into a single or separate project back and forth?

Also for my IT Team it is easier to see all tickets for different projects in a single board.

You can easily create either or both a Dashboard or a Kanban board to capture multiple projects.

  1. create and save a filter that captures all of the issues you want, e.g. project in (a, b, c)
  2. go to Boards > Create board and select kanban from a saved filter. follow the prompts

Hi Jorge - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

We do that a lot. Just modify the filter attached to the board to include all of the projects.

An example would be something like:

Project in (ABC, DEF, 123) order by rank
