I want to make a manager automatically a watcher on all issues in a JIRA

Hi @Jamie Brown - You can create an automation rule:

• TRIGGER - Issue Created
• ACTION - Manage Watchers

Note - Depending upon notification scheme settings, they could get spammed, rendering the desire to be a watcher completely useless.
