I work for a consultancy company that uses Jira to manage tasks via a product backlog. We are working for a client organisation that uses Confluence to maintain documentation about projects.
What is the best way for me to take the backlog from the consulting firm's Jira account and publish it in a Confluence space owned by the client?
Dear @Howard Kitto,
this can get a bit tricky. Create a filter that displays issues of the backlog. The tricky thing is to get the same order of issues like on your board. Therefore you have to sort for the field "Rank".
In Confluence you can user the Jira Macro to display this filter. But note, that all users that want to see any issues on a confluence page need at least the permission "Browse Project" to see "something".
So long
