How do I stop the "FIND YOUR WORK FASTER" notification from opening everytime a page is loaded?

I am migrating from Jira Cloud to Jira Software Server v7.10.0.  I followed the procedure to import my projects from the cloud to the server.  But now every time I click a lick or refresh the page, I see the "FIND YOUR WORK FASTER" notification on the Search toolbar.  I click "OK, got it", but it constantly keeps coming back.

I figured it out.  I'm using a proxy but I had the wrong port number defined in the Tomcat configuration.  This seems like an odd side effect to that particular misconfiguration though.
