How do I switch from hosted JIRA to ondemand?

Hello,

We have Jira hosted instance gquery.jira.com and now we want to switch to atlassian ondemand, so we have 2 questions:

1. Is it nescessary to create new atlassian ondemand account or we can somehow migrate existing hosted jira account?
2. How do I stop my subscription of existing jira hosted account?
