How do I switch on email notifications for comments with users tagged?

Our users used to receive emails when they were tagged in a comment, and some of them no longer are receiving these. Looking for advice on switching this on and off. Thanks.

Hi Ariane,

Have you tried Notification helper? There you can find out why users receive, or do not receive notifications for the issue events.
