How do I track which team members are actively using JIRA USER ACTIVITY

I need to track which team members are regularly using JIRA to update their work, on a periodic basis.

Welcome to our community.

We can use the Activity Stream gadget in jira dashboard to see each activity of each Jira user. Is this solution what you're seeking for?

If not, maybe you need to try some Jira Apps of Gamificaiton category to implement it.

Hi, thanks for your response - I actually want to track how many of my team members are actively using JIRA, how often they are logging in, any time details around it and whether they are updating the progress on their work or not.

Got it. I think you need to find out a Jira App to meet your requirement.

There's a Jira App to collect user activies as the collaboration score for each user. For example,

Jack updated the work item and got 2 points. He logged time and work log and got 1 point. All those points are accumulated to the total points for Jack to show how often he uses Jira to collaborate with his teammates. 


Besides, individual points to can accumulated to their team's collaboration point.
