How do I view Scrum charts such as Velocity and CFD?

I'm using a Cloud subscription, and JIRA Agile with a Scrum board.

According to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AGILE/Viewing+the+Velocity+Chart the way to see the Velocity chart is: 

1. Navigate to the desired board.
2. Click Reports. 
3. Select Velocity Chart from the Reports dropdown at the top of the page.
4. The Velocity Chart will be displayed, showing your last seven completed sprints.

However, when I click on the Reports icon, I just see a Sprint report, with a Burndown chart. How do I a Reports dropdown?

Hi Janet, 

While you're on the reports page, do you see the arrow down button close to the Sprint Report name? When you click there only Sprint and Burndown show up to you?

It should be displaying the other options to you. If it still fails, please raise a ticket with Atlassian SAC (support.altassian.com) so we can better investigate what is going on.
