How do I view and edit my historic time logging data on Jira?

I need to view this data as it's urgent for a client that I provide this. I don't care what plugin I have to install, I just need a solution.

Tempo stores time data in a different place to vanilla Jira, so I can't use that for this. The key is to be able to view and amend historic data for particular users.

Have you tried Timesheet Reports and Gadgets? It's very popular and very powerful solution.
