How do create a Point of no return?

I need to block some steps to not return back to the beginning of the flow.

I have some itens that after pass for some status, for example ("Review" status) can not come back to the beginning of the flow (before the "Review" status). I need to set the status that the item can or not have in the flow and I do not know how to do it. Can you help?

You will need to edit the workflow.  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/overview-of-jira-cloud-workflows/ 

Workflows are made up of statuses and transitions to get you to and from different statutes.  If you have a status that you would like users not to be able to transition back on the workflow you would need to edit the workflow and remove the transition(s).  The link I provided above will help you learn about workflows and how to edit them.  

Workflows are associated with Issues and can be associated with many issue types and projects.  (Company Managed) You may want to create a new workflow on a company-managed project as it could impact other projects just by editing the workflow.
