I would like to enable the Estimated Hours for Sub-Task , Currently i can find only log hours.
On Story level the estimated hours is available.
Will i get a navigation steps for enabling the Estimated Hours for Sub-Task

You need to add "time tracking" to the create and edit screens for the sub-tasks.
Bear in mind that this will not be used in any Scrum calculations.

go to project>settings>screens>edit option aligned towards right corner >click on concerned screen>add time tracking

Log in as an administrator and go to the project settings. Look for the "issue type screen scheme".
Go into that and look for the issue types for sub-task (there may be more than one, you may need to do this more than once)
Descend into them so you can see what screens are in use for create, edit and view.
Descend into the create screen, and add "time tracking" to it (repeat for edit if you want)
