How do i get properties of "User email visibility" on Java side?

I retrieve an ApplicationUser from Java and i have full access to his email, but some users restrict the email visibility with JIRA Administration > System > General Configuration > User Email Visibility. Is there some Java Class/Service/Manager to get that information?
