How do i include approval process to a ticket of min 5 members. Only after 5 members have approved, user should be able to transition the issue to next steps. Even if 4 approve and 1 disapprove, the visibility of next steps should be not appearing to user.
Note: Order / Sequence of approval by members in a group is not a concern.
