How do i prevent a user not logged in from entering comments on an issue

We are running JIRA 4.2.4.

We have set-up JIRA such that all users can view all projects, but need to be logged in to add issues etc.

At the moment although the user is not logged in they can view a Issue and add a comment.

The comment will appear as having been created by an anonymous user.

We would only like to allow users that have logged in to create comments for an issue.

How can this be set-up.

That is done using Project Permissions

Make sure 'Add Comment' permission is not open to anonymous users.
