How do i use labels in reporting?

I want to be able to report on the progress of work completed by business category, using labels as the business category

Hi Kathy,

You could create a dashboard and add a two dimensional filter statistics gadget for your report. This is an example using JIRA Cloud:

1) Create dashboard as described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/configuring-dashboards-765593585.html

2) Add the two dimensional filter statistics board:

3) Select labels and status as X and Y-axis respectively:
