How do we access all jira cloud tables in FiveTran?

We are trying to connect our Jira cloud from FiveTran using following instructions - https://fivetran.com/docs/applications/jira/setup-guide#jiracloudsetupinstructions

We are able to connect but don't have visibility to some of the tables. Does anyone know how to get access to all the tables?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You don't.  Fivetran has no access to the database in Cloud, it is using the REST API to read things from Cloud.  It can only read the things that Atlassian have exposed in the REST API.
