Hello, I read this Q&A about roles but I still can't seem to find the UI to add a role to a project. My project is using the classic Scrum board and whenever I add a user the only role in the list is "administrator".
In the linked question someone's instruction were to go to "Project Administration -> Project Roles -> Add a new Project Role" however I can't see any of these options. The only one I see that's close is "Project Settings > People" but nothing there about adding a role. This is also where I end up when I go "Project Settings > Summary > roles". Maybe I'm missing something obvious.

This action only administrator can perform. Please follow the below steps.
Goto JIRA Settings -> System -> Project Roles (under the security section).
