our organization (Setel ventures ) is growing fast and we are seeking for a TAM who could assist us quickly for the products we have subscribed, Confluence, JIRA and Zephyr. using the support channel takes much longer than we could afford and its slowing certain processes on our end. having a TAM would be really helpful in getting recommendation on products, technical issues and also upgrading our subscription tier.
I was asked to reach out to one of the partners, and i was redirected back to https://support.atlassian.com/. looks like we are not achieving anything. Hope we could get some help here.

The best way would be to contact Sales for this as it will of course have a cost attached to it. On the above page you have a link to https://www.atlassian.com/enterprise/contact to contact them. In the "what are you interrested in" dropdown I suggest choosing "Enterprise Services"
