At some point our Cloud instance starting giving users a dropdown of times but it cannot be overridden. We used to be able to put in a specific time (ex. 9:22 AM) but now only can use dropdown values (ex. 12:00, 1:30, etc.).
How can this either allow to be overridden?

It should let you override it - I just typed 13:22 into the time slot, pressed enter, and it accepted it (even though it's not a drop-down value).
What happens when you try to type the time in?
