How do we share the planning for a Rapid Board?

My manager and I would like to share the plan for a Rapid Board. What we want is that when I make changes to the plan by ranking issues before the Sprint Marker, he can see the same when he logs in and uses the same Rapid Board. We tried it this afternoon when he put some issues on top of the Sprint Marker as part of our planning for the next sprint. When I went to the plan of the same board, I did not see his changes.

This is a new feature in GreenHopper 5.10.6 called persistent markers. Just upgrade and you will both have the same marker location.
