How do we update

How do we change the project settings for quick actions on the left hand side? For example (see images) - I would like to change our Legacy Page Revamp project settings for the left menu to look like our DriverZ Project but unsure of the steps to configure this. 

Would like to be able to easily click to Roadmap, Backlog, Kanban board, Active Sprints, Reports, and Issues.

What was said above by @Pramodh M is correct.

In the cloud, you do not manage these options on the left side. For each project type, frame type, and if you have some plugins, the options will change.

If it's company managed project, your backlog and roadmap features are enabled in board settings 

And if it's a team managed project you can navigate to Project Settings and check the features tab to enable all the features
