How do you add a new radio button in Jira Admin?

Can anyone tell me how to create a new radio button type field in Jira Admin please?

You need to create a new Custom Field: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/adding-a-custom-field-938847222.html

You can then add this field to the screens you require it on.
