How do you add filters for your Kanban board (not quick filters)?

I see how to add Quick Filters, but I am looking to add a filter like the Assignee filter that shows on the Kanban board. The idea is that I can do this for fixVersions so that when I click this drop down button I will see a list of fixVersions that I can select to filter the displayed Kanban board efforts.

I know I can add quick filters for each version, but that would be an annoying workflow.
